We ask that you familiarize yourself with the following privacy policy document to understand how the international nonprofit One-to-Many (“OTM”) will handle your personal information. We reserve the right to update or change this policy from time to time without prior notice.

 

Cookies and Log Files 

Cookies are usually small text files, given ID tags that are stored on your computer’s browser directory or program data subfolders. The OTM website or its third party tools utilities cookies for measuring aggregate web statistics, including number of monthly visitors, number of repeat visitors, most popular webpages and other information. We use these statistics to better understand the content our users are most interested in, and to provide you with an optimal web experience. The OTM website uses Google Analytics cookies. 

Personal Information 

OTM asks for your personal information when you subscribe to one of our mailing lists, make a donation, or contact form, or sponsor one of our programs. During this process, OTM may ask for your name, address, city, state, zip code, email, organization (if applicable), and phone number. This information is voluntary, and OTM will not sell or trade your personal information. If you receive an email from us, we may be able to know if you clicked on any of the links embedded within the text of the e-mail. Given the nature of advocacy campaigns/fundraisers  and the need to utilize personal information to direct your actions, we will know in which campaigns/fundraisers you voluntarily participate. If you voluntarily opt in to one of our promotional programs and submit content to us, your name, organization, and biographical information may appear with your content on our website, social media or other promotional materials. When you visit our website, the following information is automatically aggregated anonymously: the name of your Internet service provider, the browser and operating system of the computer you are using, the website that referred you to us, the pages you request, the date and time of those requests, and the amount of time spent viewing each request.  

All Donor Privacy

OTM is committed to the privacy of our donors. All private donors and supporters information are protected and used internally to only further the activities and purposes. does not and will not sell, rent, share, provide, or lease personal information to other organizations or affiliates or third parties; unless required by laws. 

Security 

OTM operates secure data networks protected by an industry-standard firewall and password protection systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our users. 

Corrections/Updated to Personal Information 

If your personal information changes, or you no longer wish to receive information from OTM, you are empowered to unsubscribe from our mailing and emails lists. We ask that you please let us know by emailing us at: privacy@onetomany.org. It is expected that it will take up to two (2) weeks for your request to complete.

Our website contains hypertext links to other organizations. OTM encourages you to be aware and to read the privacy statements of each of these other websites. This privacy policy statement only applies to your use of the OTM website.
